Prices and payments

Our preferred payment option is through PayPal.

Payment can also be made by direct deposit – please contact us via email to make arrangements.

All prices in our shop are in Australian Dollars and are GST [Goods and Services Tax] inclusive, which applies for purchases within Australia only.

International prices

For international purchases, the GST amount will be deducted from your total once you enter the checkout section of the website and nominate your country of origin, your total amount owing will then be converted to your currency once you log in to PayPal.

Delivery

We offer Australian Regular Post [delivery 2+ business days], Australian Express Post with tracking [1–2 business days between major capital cities], International Pack and Track or Airmail [3–10 business day delivery to metropolitan areas of major cities].

Your order will be posted 1–3 business days from receiving payment, you will then receive an email confirmation via your nominated email address.

Australian Express post orders will receive a tracking number, which can be monitored at austpost.com.au.

We take no responsibility for the arrival or condition of goods once they are posted.

International delivery

Delivery times for International orders is dependent on your country, it may take up to 14 business days for you to receive your products. Please check with your local post office before contacting us direct, thereafter.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs will be calculated by Australia Post and will be current at the time. Australia Post reserves the right to change their costs without notification.

Returns

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will happily exchange or give you a credit. This is on the condition that;
– You contact us immediately via email before sending the item back.
– Items are returned within seven days of delivery date with our returns form filled out.
– All items must be returned in 100% new, original and unworn condition.
– Any items deemed not in 100% new, original and unworn condition will be returned to the customer and no – exchange or credit can be given.
– Items must be sent back via ‘express’ post or another form of trackable mail delivery.
– Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer.
– Please ensure that the item is packaged safely in its original undamaged packaging as we cannot accept an exchange that is damaged through transit.
– International customers will need to pay for postage of exchanged items.

We do not offer exchange or credit for changing your mind so please choose carefully.

We will only refund if the item is received in faulty or damaged condition, in this instance please email us immediately after receipt to discuss your concerns. We may ask you to send us a picture identifying the damage before you return the item.

Confidentiality

Any personal information that you provide to us will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of re:vision ideas. We do not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from the revisionideas.com website. Your credit card details are securely passed to and processed by our Payment Processor, PayPal.
